This charming house is located in the prestigious Can Pep Simó district of Ibiza, just a few kilometres from the centre of Ibiza. Talamanca beach is just a 7-minute walk away, Destino Pacha 5 minutes and the marina 7 minutes by car.

This is a Fincallorca holiday home.

Ground floor (1st floor): The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the dining room, which includes a table for 6-8 people, a TV, Wi-Fi and a fireplace. From here you have access to a large terrace with sofa and sun loungers, which offers breathtaking views of the sea and the sunsets over Ibiza Town. A few steps down you will find two double bedrooms, each with a 150x190 cm bed, and another double bedroom with a 135x190 cm bed. These rooms share a bathroom with shower.
Upper floor: The master bedroom has a 160x200 cm bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower and access to a terrace with sea views.
Outdoor area: The property has a pool surrounded by lawn, sun loungers, parasols and a chill-out area. There is also a dining area with a table for 8 guests and a portable barbecue, perfect for meals with a view. The house is fenced, has parking for 3 cars and offers air conditioning in both the living room and bedrooms.
Please note that there is another house under construction near the property.
Cleaning: Complete every 7 days, including change of bed linen and towels.
