On two levels, you can relax in the private living room, have fun and relax in the living room or get together in the large kitchen on the ground floor with terrace, which you can reach from the outside.

Swim your morning laps in the swimming pool, which you share with other guests, and start the day refreshed. You can also enjoy your meals on the covered terrace with a wonderful view of the countryside. The house is part of a small riding stable, ideal for horse lovers.

Visit the town of Città di Castello, stroll through the streets and enjoy a delicious espresso in one of the cafés. You can also visit art galleries or the large market. The surrounding area is also ideal for wonderful hikes in the mountains, on foot or by bike - here you can really relax and leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind you.
