Located between the cosmopolitan port of Puerto Banús and the town of San Pedro Alcántara, this sensational 5-bedroom luxury new construction villa offers beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces, including a large private pool, expansive terraces and a rooftop terrace. The bright and spacious first floor features a stylish open plan kitchen/living room with 2 sofas, dining table and chairs, and a fully equipped modern kitchen.
