Description: Boutique Suites & Rooms is an elegant holiday home, the result of an innovative urban regeneration project, built according to environmental sustainability principles. The elegant two-storey building, the perfect combination of tradition and modernity, features a lovely rooftop. Rooms: 6 double and soundproofed rooms, characterised by a simple but elegant design, including Standard rooms (18sqm) on the ground floor with a large window, or on the first floor with a French window; Deluxe rooms (27sqm) on the ground floor with three windows, or on the first floor with three French windows; Junior Suite (30sqm) consisting of a large and bright open space with a living area equipped with a dining table, TV and a sofa bed, and a sleeping area with a king size bed and two large balconies; Suite Deluxe (45sqm), which is a large and elegant apartment arranged over two levels, which consists of a large living area with a relaxation corner, a kitchenette and a large bathroom on the ground floor, and a mezzanine with a double bed or two single beds and a panoramic roof with ceiling windows and remote control. Third bed on the sofa bed. Some Standard rooms are specially equipped for people with disabilities.
