Definition of a Vineyard

A vineyard, as we define it, is an old farmhouse that has been carefully restored and converted into holiday accommodations, apartments, or hotels. The environment is often rustic, and the location is picturesque, amidst grapevines and olive trees. The estate produces its own wine, and there should, of course, be the opportunity to buy wine to take home. Additionally, it's common to find honey, marmalade, or other homemade products for sale. In larger towns, there are often wine shops offering a wide selection of good wines in various price ranges. The charming region of Piedmont, with its vineyards and hazelnut trees, is home to many cozy villages and vineyards, perfect for those who want to stop for a few nights on their way north or south.
